Info about Gisela
Gisela makes simple but emotional singer/songwriter music with her acoustic guitar. Among the guitar, the violin and various electronic instruments are also being used. The tunes are often uncomplicated but catching with their very personal lyrics about unhappy love, airplane crashes, the (dark or unknown) future, people around and sometimes even the happy love. Gisela's voice is soft, weak but still with a very powerfull impact, and it suites the lyrics extraordinary.
Gisela herself explains: "I'd like to keep it simple so that I can play my songs live and without having to let someone else play the guitar. I'm not a pro. Oh no. I'm a lousy guitar player, but I've come to realize that my own limits works in creative ways for me."
Gisela is Gisela Fleischer from Malmö, Sweden. She has been making, recording and (via the internet) distributing her music since 2001. All of her songs are available on her web page, http://music.eskapi.com
