The band was formed in Stockholm, Sweden in 1998 inspired by bands like Kraftwerk, Patti Smith, Lou Reed, Stereolab and Le Tigre.
The originally set-up was Jeanette, Haakan, Nina and Christoffer on guitars, A-C on drums and Jessica on a Juno-2...After just some month rehearsal we went in to a studio and recorded our first demo...it sounds...shitty. We had our first concerts...a bit chaotic since none of us was prepared...or in some case too prepared...Haakan and Jeanette was married...A second demo was recorded....yet the sound was not what we wanted...The band split up...Nina, Jeanette and Haakan continued.... searching for a drummer...Staffan joined...
In 2001 we was touring in Euskadi (Basque State) in the north of Spain for two months playing at bars and gastexeas (occupied buildings). After living in the van and tent for so long we split up. Nina and Staffan decided to leave the band...
Line up 2003: Jeanette: vocals, Martin: guitars, Ando: keyboard, Haakan: bass.
During 02/03 we´ve been playing at the Sthlm university, The Rookie Festival, Hultsfredsfestivalen, Debaser (supporting Mono from Japan). In September we was supporting Vive La Fete from Belgium.
In the beginning the songs was recorded in a copple of studios with a lot of help of István Stenberg and Ingela Haakansson...but now we record all our songs in our livingroom - the Babyroom...The plans for autumn 03 is to record a new demo...and play a lot...
