Info about Jonna Lee
Jonna Lee is a swedish singer/songwriter living in Stockholm. By the age of 16, Jonna got her first record deal, but then as a member in a duo. Travelling Asia with the band made her comfortable with being on stage and on the road, so school back home was never an option when she got back from touring.
When the band eventually split up, Jonna decided to move to London to continue working with her own music.
She got her first guitar and discovered songwriting. After a few years and a whole lot of playing she found her way back to Sweden and moved to Stockholm, wich has been the epicentre of Jonna's life since 2001. This is where she met her good friend and co-writer Johan Prosell (DoublePark). They met in 2002 and started writing songs together, just for fun, but it turned out to be something out of the ordinary. They now write together every now and then.
Jonnas extraordinary voice, combined with beautiful, mellow melodies, sweet guitars and honest lyrics makes her really stand out from the crowd.
She was recently in Los Angeles to work with producer Charles Fisher, but then settled for producing her new EP: "What it takes", in Stockholm. Co-producing it with friend and companion Richard Krantz.
